As many of you know, I’m a BeachBody coach and focus my excersize and meal plan around their program, The 21 Day Fix.

I’ve had an influx of people ask me recently what exactly the 21 day fix is, what I think of it, and recipes + tips for those that are curious if the lifestyle is something that they can take on.
I’ve done a few daily What I Ate on Wednesday posts (check out post #1, post #2, and post #3!) but one thing I feel you don’t grasp on those daily meal plans I provide is the sense of unity our BeachBody team has.

See, with our team, you can be part of any BB program and still have our support. Myself, along with the other coaches in our group, provide our challengers with weekly shopping lists + weekly menus to avoid that, “oh my gosh, what should I eat today?” panic that a lot of people have.
All of us have one common goal in mind: we don’t want to see you fail or struggle. We’re here for you through thick and thin, so to help you succeed, we take away any aspect that can make you wonder if you really have what it takes to dedicate yourself to a program. And trust me, I was there once, and you absolutely do.
