Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal
Starting off my mornings with oatmeal has become my latest obsession. For one, it’s warm and comforting, and it also comes jammed packed with health benefits. Being low in saturated fats, high in fiber to keep you full, and oats are also extremely versatile to work with!
I’m feeling a little under the weather, so took today off from work, and needed something warm for my throat. Besides tea, oatmeal is another great comfort food for when you’re feeling sick. This oatmeal reminds me of my favvvorite candy, Reese’s, so if you’re also a chocolate & peanut butter fan, this is the oatmeal for you!
You Need:
- 2/3 cup old fashioned, quick baking oats
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon semi-chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon chocolate peanut butter PB2
First, cook your oats as directed with water. Once the oats are cooked, add the following 3 ingredients and stir! Enjoy immediately.
This breakfast is amazingly simple, tasty, and quick! It only takes about 2 minutes to fully prepare. Can it get any easier?! What are your favorite oatmeal combinations?
