Low-Cal, Low-Carb, Homemade Pizza Night!
I have been on the BIGGEST pizza kick lately. That’s how I am with a lot of different foods; I fluctuate between craving it constantly, to not eating it for weeks. These past 2 weeks, pizza has been calling my name pretty much every day.
With everything in life, moderation is key. I can’t justify ordering Papa Johns every night (unfortunately), but I definitely can justify whipping up a few of these low carb, low fat flatbreads!
I made three of these for Dj and I to pick at & share this past week with some side salads to go along with. They turned out perfectly and kicked my craving straight the the curb- successsss! [at least for one more day, anyways] 😉
First, I pulled everything out of my fridge that I thought would go on a pizza. I’m currently obsessed with these Flat Out light Italian flat breads. I found them at Walmart and they work perfectly!
**A little tip- Place the Flat Outs on a greased cookie sheet & bake at 350 by themselves for about 3-5 minutes. Just enough so they start to get a little hard. This will help them stay stable in the middle.
