Hazelnut Vanilla Coffee Pops

coffeepops

Summer has [almost] officially arrived!

When it comes to coffee, I’m a huge fan. Hot, iced, or in popsicle form- I’m all about it. When the weather starts to heat up, you can always find a batch of these homemade Hazelnut Vanilla Coffee Pops in my freezer. I play around a lot with the flavors of these; sometimes making them with plain black coffee, fun newly flavored coffees (blueberry muffin, anyone?), but these hazelnut vanilla ones are my staple go-to.

Best part? They are SO easy to make. And consist of 3 ingredients! A tasty low cal treat using minimal ingredients & time? My kind of recipe!

You Need: [to make 8 pops]

  • 2 cups of coffee brewed- flavor of your choice. (I use hazelnut)
  • 8 tablespoons of SO Delicious Coconut Milk Coffee Creamer. (I use french vanilla)
  • 3 packets of Truvia natural sweetener
  • Popsicle molds- you can find similar ones [HERE]!

Simply brew your 2 cups of coffee, mix in the 3 packages of Truvia, and stick it in the fridge until it cools.

After your coffee has cooled, pour 1-2 tablespoons of SO Delicious creamer into the bottom of your popsicle molds, followed by the coffee.

Stick the popsicle molds into the freezer until they firm up (about 4 hours- over night).

Enjoy your coffee pop! (For best results, eat by a pool or beach) 😉
