50 Vegetarian 21 Day Fix Recipes

Vegetarian 21 Day Fix Recipes

When I first started the 21 Day Fix, I was not a vegetarian (looking at you, cheesy shrimp pasta!) But, things have changed, tides have turned, documentaries have been watched, and here I am, 8 months later still going strong on this #veggielife.

I’m a pretty big fan of the 21 Day Fix. For those of you that don’t know about it, you basically follow a pretty simple + basic nutrition guide & workout for around 30 minutes a day to some DVDs. I wrote an entire post about it and dedicated a few -hours- of my time to create a sample 7 day meal plan to give you a glimpse into Fix life, so if you’ve been curious about what it entails, you should check that out -HERE-.

But, the struggle is kind of real for a vegetarian finding fun and easy Fix approved recipes that still follow your dietary lifestyle. After playing around of Pinterest for quite some time (literally months, you guys….) I came to the conclusion that I cannot be the ONLY vegetarian 21 Day Fixer out there (I had a total Are you there God? It’s me, Margret moment for a second). So, to make my life easier (and for you fellow veggies out there), I made a handy clickable guide for each food group that I could quickly reference when I needed some ideas and ~Pinspiration~.

So, without further ado, I present you 50 Vegetarian 21 Day Fix Recipes along with their container count!

What a great resource- thanks for putting this together! I’m glad you liked my cinnamon baked apple recipe. I usually eat it as dessert, but it makes a great breakfast too!

Thank you, Ingrid! I loved your cinnamon baked apple recipe and really love when recipes can fit into two or more categories for eating times!

    1. Sometimes I do — my husband especially likes it when I do because all his lunches are sure to be packed, haha. 🙂 It does make things a ton easier.

    2. I haven’t! This looks really neat though!

    3. Ahh, most likely it’s popcorn. I’m hooked!

      1. It really does! I love meal prepping after the fact.. during.. not always as much 😉

      2. It’s a pretty cool program. 🙂 If you ever want more details about it, lmk!

      3. I’ve started throwing in a few pecans + chocolate chips into my popcorn and I’m HOOKED! Chocolate chip cookies will always win for “cannot live without” food for me though!

I’m so excited to have found this! I’m vegetarian and I’ll be starting the 21 day fix for the first time ever on Monday! Since I’m going to be out of town for a few days, I’m trying to get my meal plans and shopping list set now so I’ll be prepared to start right away when I get back home. This is going to be a huge help for menu planning! Thanks for putting it all together! 😀

This is a wonderful resource. I too have been trying the 21 day fix and then watched certain documentaries and am now trying to switch to a vegetarian plan, and I too have had no luck on pinterest, until I found you! I definitely like to meal prep. I am busy and lazy- not a good combo for making meals day to day. You mentioned that you have a group. Do you have any more articles or information about vegetarian 21 day fix meal plans?

One food I couldn’t live without……oats! Simple and wonderful.

Thank you so much, Brooke!! I’m so happy to hear that this helped you. 🙂 I am the EXACT same way- easy meals are by far the best way to go!

I do! I started to categorize all my recipes that are Fix approved here: https://greenpalatelife.com/category/recipe-box/21-day-fix/
Most of them will have container counts within the post itself, or they should be easy to figure out if they’re not listed. However, if you ever need help with container count, just write me a comment + I’m typically very quick to respond + help out!

Also, I’m a member of this Facebook group which is SOOO helpful! If you’re just starting out on the veggie life, I highly suggest giving it a try! https://www.facebook.com/groups/211671822359858/

I don’t see the recipies just a list of dishes? Am I missing something?

    • Reply Melissa December 9, 2016 at 10:22 pm

      Hi Cheryl!

All the recipes are clickable. 🙂 if you see a name and a container count you like, you can just click the name title and it will take you to the specific recipe.
      Hope that helps!

Thank you for this! My boyfriend and I have been vegetarians for years and it is always so difficult to find nutrition “program” that have reasonable alternatives for vegetarians.

I’m happy you find it helpful, Julie! I was in the exact same boat; it’s definitely not the easiest diet to follow but I’ve found it’s definitely well worth it. 🙂

This post is amazing! Thank you so much for putting in the work to find all of these! I just re-started my program and one of the reasons I kind of fell off the bandwagon the first time is because I got so sick of all of my same old food! I’m just not good at recipes so everything was very simple and it was so boring. So this is amazing, thank you so much! I can’t wait to try some of these!

Oh, I feel you!! I was so bored of the same old thing, which is why I put together this list. I’m so happy that you find it helpful!! Good luck back on the program. 🙂

Hi Melissa, NOT all the recipes are clickable–only some–HTML glitch?

    • Reply Melissa May 5, 2017 at 9:04 am

      Hi May,

The names of the recipes are made clickable but the container count is not, if you were trying to click parts of the whole line? If not, can you let me know which one you had the error for and I can look into it?

      Ty!
